Our Mission

Mission Statement
"Making Justice Work for All Citizens"

The United States of America is only as strong as each of its communities. Integral to the success of every American community is the quality of necessary services, including, but not limited to, public works functions, environmental protection, human services, and protecting the public.

The Foundation for Service and Fairness to All Citizens (FSFAC) is a non-political, non-profit 501(c) (3) advocacy organization whose mission is to hold accountable local, state, and national governmental entities, their employees and their representatives, elected and appointed, for protecting, upholding and ensuring the rights of all citizens, in the services these entities provide, especially to citizens who work and live in poverty.

The FSFAC will serve citizens all across the United States of America and its territories whose income and family size, based on the United States Census Bureau, suggest they are impoverished.

Our role will be to proactively educate and train these citizens to solve problems using research, investigation, litigation, and all other legal means and measures to hold local, state, and national government entities accountable for services they provide as they affect the following areas:

  1. Civil and Constitutional Rights
  2. Human Rights
  3. Social Justice
  4. Environmental Justice
  5. Economic Justice
  6. Health Care Justice

The FSFAC stands to provide resources, assistance, and guidance to citizens to be better educated and informed to act in the best interest of their families, homes, and local, state, and national communities. The Foundation must evolve for future missions.

The FSFAC does not accept funds from professional associations, government agencies, businesses, corporations, or political action committees so that we can remain independent and follow the facts and the truth of various issues wherever they lead to defend and protect the rights of everyday citizens. The Foundation depends on the generosity of concerned citizens from all backgrounds for resources to carry out our objectives. Please help us complete our mission.

The Foundation for Service and Fairness to All Citizens does not discriminate on the basis of sex, handicap, race, age, color, sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, national origin, or religion. Such discrimination is prohibited by Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972 and 34 C.F.R. Part 106 (sex); Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and 34 C.F.R.
